| The novel coronavirus has ravaged the world.In this catastrophe,countless companies have gone bankrupt.But,many companies with strong adaptability and flexible systems have survived tenaciously.In order to meet the needs of epidemic prevention and control,flexible work measures that were not valued in the past,such as flexible working hours and flexible working locations,have appeared in the management practices of various organizations.Statistics show that in the early days of the outbreak,there were tens of millions of domestic companies and nearly 200 million people working at home.Today,with the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the management practice of flexible working system still plays an important role in various organizations.The paper focuses on McClelland’s achievement motivation theory,boundary theory,and two-factor theory.Using various methods such as literature,interviews,questionnaires and observation,it conducts in-depth research on the problems arising from flexible employment of M company and the fixed working system of its own employees.In order to solve the problem existing in the flexible employment of M company,suggestions are put forward to improve the human resource management of M company.The paper has analyzed the resistance of M company’s own employees to implement flexible working system,and designed a work plan for M company to implement flexible working system.In the research,it is found that the implementation of the flexible working system must meet the following three conditions:one is the demand for personnel quality,that is,the personnel who can implement the flexible working system need to have strong self-management ability and work technical ability;The refinement of work responsibilities requires that even if a flexible working system is adopted,the work tasks of the position can be completed.The third is the demand for the management ability,that is,the organization’s management philosophy,management methods and technical conditions must support the flexible working system implemented by the company.Flexible working system needs to be implemented gradually.A pilot project should be launched before promoting.The implementation of flexible working system involves recruitment,staff training,performance examine,job responsibilities and other aspects of human resource management,which need to be continuously tested and improved.Things are constantly changing,and the flexible working system cannot be static.A well-functioning system must be constantly improved.Managers need to be system designers as well as system perfecters. |
