As the core and most valuable resource of the enterprise,the human resource has a very important impact on the development and progress of the enterprise.The key tool for enterprises to maintain competitive advantage lies in products,the competition of products lies in technology,and the accumulation of technology lies in talents.Therefore,it is the primary task to establish a scientific incentive mechanism for R&D personnel.The unique value of R&D personnel lies in the fact that their skills can create technical energy for the enterprise,so it is necessary to explore the talent incentive mechanism with the enterprise’s own characteristics.This paper selects the R & D personnel group of A domestic listed new energy company as the research object,and discusses the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of r &D personnel and its solutions.Firstly,the questionnaire survey method and personnel interview method are adopted to analyze the incentive status of R & D personnel in Company A;secondly,the problems of R & D personnel incentive in Company A are analyzed,including the lack of salary incentive,the ambiguity of career promotion channel,personnel retention and imperfect care system.Finally,the incentive plan in line with the R & D personnel of Company A should be formulated,such as improving the design of the salary system,implementing the differentiated incentive of personnel salary,optimizing the performance appraisal and guidance mechanism,enriching the quality of personnel training,and other aspects,and giving safeguard measures,provide ideas for motivating the A company’s R & D personnel.
