In recent years, with the deepening development of global economic integration, competition among enterprises in the market has become increasingly fierce, and various human or natural sudden risk events such as financial crises, earthquakes, terrorist attacks, tsunamis, etc.have occurred frequently, making the current supply chain increasingly fragile. There are many unstable factors within the system, leading to a significant increase in the possibility of supply chain interruption crises in operation,Supply chain interruption can lead to a shortage of goods for enterprises, resulting in huge losses and having a huge and widespread impact on the operation and operation of enterprises. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct indepth research and propose solutions for some issues related to supply chain interruption caused by sudden risk events,as this can help improve the defense ability of enterprises to cope with supply chain interruption risks,Enable enterprises not only to have stronger competitiveness in the current economic environment, but also to operate normally in the face of uncertain environments caused by sudden risk events, maintain their core competitiveness, and have more market share.Firstly, this article reviews and summarizes the current development status and relevant literature on supply chain interruption, flexible supply chain, and inventory management under sudden risk events, and analyzes the limitations and shortcomings of current research. At the same time, through research on the theoretical foundations of supply chain interruption, elastic supply chain, inventory management, and system dynamics, the inventory management strategy for supply chain interruption caused by sudden risk events and the elasticity measurement indicators of elastic supply chain were determined, and the feasibility of applying system dynamics to supply chain inventory management issues was demonstrated.Secondly, based on the analysis architecture and modeling process of system dynamics, the modeling purpose and system boundaries were clarified. The causal relationship between the safety inventory strategy and inventory allocation strategy of supply chain interruption caused by sudden risk events was analyzed, and the supply chain interruption between suppliers and retailers caused by sudden risk events was constructed as the research background The secondary supply chain network composed of retailers and customers is the research object. The supply chain interruption model based on safety inventory and the supply chain interruption model based on inventory allocation are studied under sudden risk events, and the effectiveness of the model is tested. Finally, based on the elasticity measurement indicators of the elastic supply chain and the constructed system dynamics model, combined with the relevant operational situation of A chip company, the system dynamics simulation software Vensim PLE was used to analyze the simulation result curve of retailer inventory in depth, and the size of its elasticity measurement indicators was calculated. The results showed that choosing safety inventory was better when the supply interruption time was short,When the supply interruption time is relatively long, inventory allocation should be chosen more.At the same time, based on case simulation analysis and better implementation by actual enterprises,a flexible supply chain inventory strategy is proposed to respond to sudden risk events by combining safety inventory with inventory allocation, strengthening the supply cooperation relationship between suppliers, retailers, and retailers, and emphasizing transportation routes for inventory allocation.
