| With the high speed of economic growth,peoples’ living standard also improves rapidly,people’s demand for products tends to diversity,based on the market’s demand change,enterprises must also tends to diversify,customize and differentiation,however,there will be a huge challenge for manufacturing enterprises when turning to high-mix low-volume mode.Due to high-mix and low-volume,it has disadvantage in quality,cost and delivery,therefore,manufacturing enterprises must make some change to gain competitive advantages continuous in the market.This paper mainly focuses on the problems existing in this high-mix low-volume mode,analyzed the cause of those problems from multi-variety,by combining relevant theoretical basis and relevant application research,this paper put forward some solutions suitable for A company and implement those solutions into product design and process design,and finally confirm the improvements by data analysis.This paper comes up with solutions from below three aspects:Optimize process design and verification process,that means optimize optimize process design and verification process,improve DFx capability and unify process design and verification method.Platform production line introduction,that means develop an auto platform production line base on group technology to meet same or similar process product’s production.Application of lean production,use lean production to reduce waste,improve line balance so as to reduce manufacturing cost and lead time.By doing so,first pass yield improved from 99.3%to 99.6%,manufacturing cost reduce from 24.8RMB to 21RMB and production lead time reduce from decrease from 23.1h to 15.6h. |
