| "New retail" is an innovative retail method based on the Internet.It uses cutting-edge technologies,such as big data and artificial intelligence,to improve the production,circulation and sales efficiency of goods,thus reshaping the market pattern and ecosystem.In addition to traditional offline channels,Q chain drugstores have begun to gradually lay out online channels,such as O2O and B2C,which are simply understood as take-out platforms,while B2C is e-commerce platforms(TB,PDD and JD).Therefore,it is very meaningful to study how Q chain drugstores improve their marketing strategies in the new retail context.This paper analyzes the marketing environment,current status of marketing strategies and problems of marketing strategies of Q chain drugstores in the context of"new retail",such as inaccurate positioning,lack of refined marketing of products,lack of innovative marketing strategies and lagging information management,and adopts STP strategy,4P strategy,etc,In view of the problems existing in the marketing of Q chain drugstores and the needs of target customers,the marketing strategy of Q chain drugstores under the background of"new retail" was formulated,such as differentiated pricing,online and offline integrated marketing,omni-channel marketing,and the establishment of information sharing platform,which provided strong support for the marketing of Q chain drugstores.At the same time,this paper uses relevant theories in the anniversary activities of Q chain drugstores,effectively verifies the improvement of the new retail marketing strategy to improve the indicators of chain drugstores,and summarizes the corresponding methodology.Although the development speed of Q chain drugstores is still very fast,they also inevitably have many shortcomings.Therefore,in order to make Q chain drugstores more developed,we should constantly improve and perfect their strategies in order to achieve better results,which will not only bring greater benefits to Q chain drugstores,but also provide valuable reference for other chain drugstores. |
