| With the further aging of the population,the strict regulation of industry policies and the rapid development of the Internet,the chain drug store industry is in urgent need of reform.How to create new business forms,form new profit points and industrial competitiveness is the key and difficult point faced by every drugstore chain.This paper takes Q smart pharmacy as the research target,uses PEST model to analyze the macro environment of medicine,and analyzes the target market of Q smart pharmacy in detail.The status quo of Q Smart pharmacy business was analyzed by issuing questionnaires to consumers and conducting in-depth interviews with key employees.Based on the above analysis results,the advantages of Q Smart pharmacy are: full range of drugs,professional practitioners and medical services with strong competitive advantages.Disadvantages include: stereotyped marketing methods,weak channel bargaining power,inefficient use of big data system and low consumer management ability,personnel stability and professionalism need to be further improved,and the rationality of tangible display needs to be improved.Finally,7Ps theory was applied to optimize Q Smart pharmacy’s drug category optimization,differentiated pricing methods for different types of products,data support based on the company’s existing huge amount of data,strengthen the professional advantages of pharmacy personnel to gradually transform into all-channel professional pharmacy,systematic and professional management of service process and other optimization schemes.It also discusses the guarantee measures such as the establishment of intelligent retail elite team,the guarantee of system construction,and the guarantee of corporate culture output,so as to ensure the effective implementation of various marketing optimization strategies,reduce costs and increase benefits,and achieve the goal of sustainable and profitable development.Under the background of accelerated aging of the population,significant increase of consumers’ attention to health after the epidemic,popular Internet thinking,and policy support of the Food and Drug Administration,the research on the marketing strategy of Q Smart Pharmacy can not only help Q Smart pharmacy increase its market share,but also enhance its industry competitiveness.It also provides reference for future medical practitioners or related academic research. |
