The emergence and prosperity of e-commerce intensifies the competition in the retail market,and the development of science and technology pushing changes in consumer spending habits.Single offline store sales have become a thing of the past,and the parallel of offline stores and online e-commerce is about to become obsolete.Providing consumers with anytime,anywhere,convenient and reliable shopping experience and meeting consumers’ online and offline borderless consumption demand is the future development trend.The concept of omni-channel retail quietly appears.However,there is little research in this field,there are few industry informatization project with low versatility.Group B sells clothing through stores and e-commerce.This paper takes the retail business of Group B as the research object,and uses Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,Threats method(SWOT)to analyze the problems existing in the retail business of Group B.For the problems of the retail business of Group B,combine Combining Business-IT Alignment(BITA)and Critical Success Factors(CSF),always connect the retail business of Group B with the construction of information system,and define the future development of retail business of Group B,from multi-channel retail to omni-channel retail.Build the omni-channel retail business model of Group B,especially the omni-channel order sourcing business model.Construct the omni-channel retail information system of Group B and set up the omni-channel order sourcing function.Through this study,we can see that the parallel multi-channel retail model of stores and e-commerce may lead to problems such as information of all channels and goods in inventory of all channels cannot be shared,and inconsistent data.These problems not only affect customers’ shopping experience,but also lead to the problems of low Sell-through Rate and high inventory pressure.By integrating online and offline channels and sharing the sales opportunities and inventory of all channels,we can not only improve the customer shopping experience,but also improve the Sell-through Rate and Turnover Rate of Inventory.This study has a strong representation in the domestic clothing retail industry,which can provide some point of view for domestic clothing retail enterprises to understand the omni-channel retail informatization,and can provide some references for similar enterprises in improving commodity Sell-through Rate and Turnover Rate of Inventory.
