Research On Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Ethnic Areas Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

After the victory of the fight against poverty,the problem of absolute poverty has been completely solved,but poverty alleviation is not the end point.In the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the party and state leaders clearly put forward the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy.However,as the main battlefield of rural revitalization,the problem of poverty in rural areas is still prominent,which is more manifested in the legacy of industrial poverty alleviation,and is facing the dilemma of subsequent consolidation and improvement,especially in ethnic areas.As a concentrated and contiguous poor village and poor population gathering place,it is vulnerable to the constraints of technology,talents and other factors,the industrial development is relatively low,the industrial factor productivity is not high,and it is impossible to give full play to the maximum effect of industrial poverty alleviation.It is urgent to optimize industrial poverty alleviation and make up for the shortcomings of rural development.This paper uses literature,case analysis and interview methods to comprehensively analyze the problems existing in the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation in ethnic areas from the importance and particularity of industrial poverty alleviation in ethnic areas,and selects the field research of Jiashi County in Xinjiang to comprehensively analyze the problems in the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation in ethnic areas,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,such as low infrastructure service level,unreasonable industrial layout,single source of funds,inadequate human resources training,and imperfect public supervision system.If these shortcomings are not dealt with in time,it will not be conducive to the sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation,and even cause the slow process of comprehensive revitalization of villages in ethnic areas.On the basis of theoretical analysis,comparative research and summary,according to the logic of asking questions.analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper finally puts forward that industrial poverty alleviation in ethnic areas can be optimized through five aspects:public service,industrial integration,capital guarantee,personnel training and project supervision.For example,in terms of capital guarantee,we can improve the utilization rate of funds and attract foreign investment by adjusting the way of financial subsidies,encouraging the linkage and upgrading of financial institutions,and innovating the way of attracting investment to make up for the shortage of funds.It is hoped that through the above five aspects of path optimization,we will make up for the shortcomings of industrial poverty alleviation in ethnic areas and help the countryside achieve the goal of comprehensive revitalization.
