| As global economic integration intensifies,China’s domestic economy is undergoing a transformation in the amount of economic forms.Small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises,which are labor-intensive,demonstrate the traits of large-scale production.Competition among such enterprises is fierce due to the wide industry scope and low establishment threshold.Faced with such a huge challenge,enterprises often require employees in the organization with a high level of performance.Inside the volume has also become a career trend.Leaders often only pay attention to performance,but ignore others,such as employees’ health,welfare,and psychological state.In view of this,this thesis takes the leadership bottom line mentality and subordinate performance pressure as the independent variables,and the employee organization citizenship behavior as the outcome variable,and studies the influence of organizational leadership bottom line mentality and subordinate performance pressure on the employee organization citizenship behavior.Bottom-line mentality means that leaders pay more attention to requiring employees in the bottom enterprise to pursue high quality to achieve performance goals,and leaders only pay attention to performance,which often brings great performance pressure to employees.According to the theory of resource preservation,employees’ emotional and psychological resources are usually accelerated in consumption,resulting in emotional exhaustion.Emotional exhaustion refers to the state in which employees ’emotional resources are completely exhausted.Therefore,this thesis takes employee emotional exhaustion as the intermediary variable to study the intermediary role of emotional exhaustion in employees’ organizational citizenship behavior.To sum up,this thesis mainly studies the interrelationship among four variables,including leadership bottom line mentality,employee performance pressure,employee emotional exhaustion and employee organizational citizenship behavior.Initially,a thorough review and sorting of pertinent literature is necessary to formulate a theoretical model and research hypothesis.Subsequently,construct the survey scale to create a formal questionnaire.Subsequently,execute an online questionnaire survey,employing SPSS 24.0 and Mplus 8.3 software to assess and evaluate the data.Drawing research conclusions and management suggestions in accordance with the model demonstration,and envisioning the future,is the ultimate goal.The study found that leadership bottom line mentality and employee performance pressure have a significant negative impact on employee organization citizenship behavior,and emotional exhaustion plays a reverse intermediary role. |
