Research On Performance Evaluation Of Listed Companies In Laser Industry Based On Mutation Progression Method

Since the reform and opening,the laser industry has developed rapidly,and it has become a strategic industry of national key support.At present,it has been rapidly developed and widely used in many fields such as national defense,science and technology,industry,agriculture,medicine and even daily life.At the same time,it is also the core technology industry of many pillar industries such as intelligent manufacturing,aerospace science and engineering,biomedicine and material structure.In order to continue to strengthen our nation’s capability in the strategic support technology,"much starker choices-and graver consequences-in"period,the Chinese government clearly put forward the increase laser application scenario,the core technology innovation,accelerating laser equipped with high-end level,strengthen the four policy as a whole line of laser industry scale,for the laser industry rapid development provides a solid backing.In recent years,laser processing technology,on the one hand,with its advantages is gradually replacing the traditional processing technology in the field of macro processing,on the other hand,with technological progress is gradually to fine fine processing incremental market expansion,which promotes the continuous growth of the laser industry market size.According to Laser Focus World,the Laser market size in China grew from $6.95 billion in 2017 to $12.9 billion in 2021,at a CAGR of 13.2%.With the rapid development of laser industry uneffective industry’s management level and performance evaluation of listed companies put forward higher demands and challenges,the current academic circles is generally believed that Chinese laser industry experts and the industry management the comprehensive performance of listed companies is still in lower level,most companies focus on mainly on financial indicators of performance evaluation,However,the comprehensive performance evaluation represented by operation management and the company’s social responsibility is ignored.Therefore,according to the development status of listed companies in laser industry and the characteristics of the industry,the use of scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to evaluate the performance of listed companies in laser industry is a key issue that needs to be solved and of great significance.In this paper,the most influential Fujing Technology company in the upstream of China’s laser industry and 15 listed companies in the laser industry with reference value as the main research samples,through the construction of the laser industry performance evaluation system based on the mutation progression method,the performance evaluation of listed companies in the laser industry has been deeply studied.Firstly,the research background,research significance,research content and research methods are discussed,relevant theories are elaborated,relevant literature is reviewed,and the innovation points of this paper are pointed out.Secondly,it analyzes the policy support and market development status of laser industry,analyzes the particularity of laser industry,and points out the problems existing in performance evaluation of laser industry.Thirdly,the laser industry performance evaluation system based on the mutation progression method was constructed,and Fujing Technology was taken as a case for in-depth study.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the data of a total of 16 companies,including Fujian Fujing Technology Co.,Ltd.and standard companies,from 2017 to 2021 for a total of 5 years.Get the performance evaluation results;Finally,according to the problems found in the research,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance evaluation effect of laser industry are put forward.The results show that:(1)the performance of listed companies in laser industry is generally at a high level;(2)The financial performance of leading companies in the laser industry is at a high level;(3)The level of operating performance of laser industry is uneven,and the room for improvement of operating performance is large;(4)The overall situation of the laser industry in terms of social performance evaluation is still poor,and the difference is obvious.
