In recent years,the position of innovative pharmaceutical enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry has become increasingly prominent,with an amazing growth rate and huge development space.As a member of the innovative pharmaceutical field.the biomedical industry has ushered in a golden age of rapid development since 2016.During this period,a large number of biotechnology companies were founded,followed by fierce competition.At the same time,the relevant national drug laws and guiding are also improving with the times,putting forward higher requirements for enterprises;The continuously rising enterprise costs,the increasingly severe market environment,and the occasionally weak capital due to the epidemic are all difficulties that biotechnology companies must overcome in the process of growth.The waves wash the sand,and the wise and brave win.Therefore,biotechnology companies need to find their own position accurately while maintaining their innovation,pursue advantages and avoid disadvantages,survive and develop steadily in the fierce and changeable market competition environment,and formulate practical and feasible competition strategies.In this paper,A biotechnology company is taken as the research object,and the competitive strategy of A biotechnology company is studied by using the enterprise strategic management theory and tools(such as PEST analysis,Porter five force model analysis,QSPM matrix analysis,etc.).Through the analysis of the overall environment,industry environment and competitors of A biotechnology company,the opportunities and threats faced by the external environment for the development of the enterprise are summarized;Through the analysis of the internal R&D capability,human resources and organizational culture of A biotechnology company,the summary of advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of company development are concluded;Then through QSPM matrix analysis,combined with the mission and strategic objectives of A biotechnology company,it can be seen from QSPM analysis that company A has the highest score of 6.04 on differentiation strategy,so the competitive strategy of a biomedical enterprise should adopt differentiation strategy.Finally,from the aspects of R&D of new products,product R&D cooperation,production technology and human resources management,the paper gives suggestions on the execution of the differentiated competition strategy,and proposes safeguard measures from the perspectives of human resources protection and organizational protection,so that the differentiated competition strategy of the enterprise can be effectively implemented,which will ensure the strategic objectives of the company come true in the fastest way.
