With the increasing competitive market environment,more and more companies are setting digital transformation as their core strategies.We know that "strategic transformation,the talent is always first",and keep advance with the times.It has become a new topic that how human resources carry out digital transformation by new technologies to realize the intelligent coordination of the team,activate the innovation vitality of the organization,and meet the challenges brought by the new economy,organization,and human beings.Traditional enterprises are facing a series of changes and challenges,among which the innovation of performance management model is particularly important during the transformation process.As a high-tech enterprise,ZH company invests more energy and strength into technology rather than enterprise performance management,which leads to many performance management issues occurred.The digital transformation of performance management is the only way for ZH company to reengineer internal processes and increase human capital.Also,it’s an effective measure which can help company to enhance its external competitive strength.Based on the relevant theories of performance management and assessment methods,this paper takes the S department of ZH Company as the research object to conduct a comprehensive analysis and optimized designing of the current situation and issues of its performance assessment management through interviews and questionnaires.Taking OKR+digitalization as a set of powerful tools and effective measures to ensure the performance management system are put forward.Then we can implement a better performance management system and build the corporate culture consistently.Also,according to the pattern of ZH employees in working at the company,improving the Internal communications mode to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization will be executed.The significance of this survey is to promote a series of suggestions and measures after a comprehensive analysis.The measures can not only provide a certain reference for the implementation of performance management in the case companies studied in this paper,but also provide certain reference for the performance management activities of other companies.
