Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid and sustainable development of the economy and financial industries,the development of my country’s financial industry has grown rapidly,and the competition in the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce.On the one hand,large banks from all over the world have entered China,which has exacerbated the competition in the domestic banking industry and has a certain impact on my country’s banking industry.On the other hand,the improvement of residents’ economy and living standards has brought one step by step development opportunities to banks to bring more development opportunities for development opportunities.At the same time,the bank itself has also made higher requirements.As a bank,how to seize the market by improving the core competitiveness and realize the long-term development of banks is the key.Performance assessment itself is an important way to strengthen management,and it is also one of the important means to improve the core competitiveness of banks.To this end,banks should strengthen the management employees of outlets,establish effective and reasonable performance evaluation methods,and further optimize the existing performance evaluation methods to mobilize the work innovation and enthusiasm of the employees of the outlets,promote the entire bank’s entire bank’s entire bank Comprehensive development.This article takes the SZ branch of ABC Bank as the research object to explore the issue of employee performance evaluation in commercial bank branches.This article introduces the background and research significance of the topic,and searches for the current status of relevant research in China and abroad.Sort out the theoretical basis related to this study and provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research in the paper.This article describes the employee profile of ABC Bank’s SZ branch branch and uses a questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of performance appraisal.It summarizes the shortcomings of unreasonable setting of performance appraisal goals,incomplete formulation of appraisal indicators,incomplete appraisal system,and lack of professionalism among personnel.The reasons for this are analyzed as incomplete understanding of performance appraisal by employees,biased towards financial indicators,and lack of communication during the appraisal process.On the basis of redesigning the performance evaluation approach for bank branch employees.The optimization plan for the assessment methods of employees in the SZ branch of ABC Bank was finally determined,and the implementation process and relevant guarantee measures were clarified.The innovation of this article lies in following the concept of balanced scorecard to guide the improvement of performance evaluation methods for employees in ABC Bank branches,continuously optimizing evaluation methods,enhancing the applicability of performance evaluation methods,and fully leveraging the true role of performance evaluation methods.I hope that the research and summary of this article will have a positive impact on the performance evaluation of employees in ABC Bank SZ branch branches.
