| Technological innovation can be said to be the key to sustainable agricultural development,while financial support is the leading factor influencing technological innovation.With the continuous development of the economy and society of each country,the ability of technological innovation will be the key target of each country to enhance the comprehensive strength of the country,while agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.At the present stage,the overall level of China’s agricultural development is still very low,and many regions still have a weak foundation and insufficient inputs,while technological innovation has the characteristics of high input and high risk,often with great uncertainty,and must be escorted by continuous funding.The current process of agricultural technology innovation,we need to think about is to use the least amount of capital input to complete more output.At present,China’s financial industry is developing more rapidly,new financial institutions are increasing,and the financial system is improving day by day,but only a healthy and efficient financial market can allow technological innovation to have sufficient capital supply,and can constantly improve and convey information,optimize the ability to allocate resources,and improve the efficiency of agricultural technological innovation.Thus,by comparing the role of financial support on the efficiency of agricultural technology innovation in Zhejiang Province,Anhui Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,it is a pivotal role for regional agricultural technology innovation.By compiling and analyzing previous relevant literature,the article divides the agricultural technology innovation process into two stages: scientific research output and transformation of results,and measures the effect of financial support on the efficiency of agricultural research output and transformation of results in Zhejiang Province,Anhui Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during 2010-2020 with the help of stochastic frontier analysis(SFA).In the first step,the relevant theories and literature collected were first organized and analyzed,from which the main principles of technological innovation by financial support were summarized and the basic concepts related to them were defined.After that,the current situation of financial support in China,Zhejiang Province,Anhui Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was compiled and analyzed,and financial support was divided into two major categories: policy-based and market-based,and on this basis,the evaluation index system of agricultural technology innovation efficiency was constructed,and the impact of financial support on the efficiency of agricultural research output and transformation efficiency in Zhejiang Province,Anhui Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was measured using the transcendental logarithmic production function,respectively.The impact of financial support on the efficiency of agricultural research output and transformation efficiency was measured using the transcendental logit production function.Finally,the empirical results are combined with the current situation of each region to give general policy recommendations for the efficiency of regional agricultural technology innovation through comparative analysis.The results of the empirical model analyze that in the research output stage,the efficiency of agricultural research output in Zhejiang Province,Anhui Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region basically shows a rapid increasing trend.In terms of input variables,the investment of agricultural research funds can significantly promote the efficiency of research output.In terms of financial support,increasing the amount of financing and loans can promote the efficiency of scientific research output.Among other influencing factors,government financial support,human capital and agricultural production environment aspects all have different degrees of influence on the efficiency of scientific research output.At the stage of results transformation,the overall level of results transformation efficiency in Zhejiang Province is high and shows an increasing trend with both Anhui Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.In terms of input variables,increasing investment in fixed assets can promote the development of agricultural technology innovation and improve its successful transformation efficiency.In terms of financial support,increasing the amount of financing and loans can effectively contribute to improving the efficiency of scientific research results transformation.In terms of other influencing factors,the practical degree of infrastructure and the expenditure on agriculture,forestry and water conservancy all have a significant role in promoting the transformation of agricultural technology achievements.Based on the above findings,the author believes that corresponding general policy suggestions should be made in four aspects: increasing the intensity of financial support,increasing the investment in school education,giving full play to the role of government financial support,and further improving the agricultural production environment. |
