Research On The Impact Of Big Data Analysis Capabilities On The Supply Chain Resilience Of Manufacturing Enterprise

Economic globalization has brought more development opportunities to enterprises,and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.As the COVID-19 pandemic continues,it has a huge impact on enterprises,especially the manufacturing industry.The multi-step production process and a variety of production materials may affect the survival and development of enterprises if each link is affected.Therefore,it is very important to pay attention to the elasticity of the supply chain.At the same time,it is also an era of big data.Enterprises are faced with massive data every day,which can also be regarded as their resources.If they make full use of these resources and have analytical ability,enterprises will get beneficial information in advance and have more time to deal with relevant matters than their competitors.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of big data analysis ability on the elasticity of supply chain.This paper regards big data analysis ability as the dynamic capability of an enterprise.The strength of an enterprise’s dynamic capability determines the speed and degree at which an enterprise’s resources can be consistent with the change of opportunities and requirements provided by the enterprise’s strategy and business environment.Dynamic capabilities can closely align a company’s internal processes,partners,customers,and business environment to achieve competitive advantage.Based on existing studies,this paper divides big data analysis capabilities into perception,capture and transformation capabilities,studies their impact on supply chain elasticity,studies these three paths,and then adds organizational flexibility as a moderating variable to observe the changes of these three paths.In this paper,470 questionnaires were distributed to managers of supply chain nodes of manufacturing enterprises,and 302 valid questionnaires were recovered.The results of the questionnaire show that the three dimensions of big data analysis ability can actively improve the elasticity of supply chain.After adding organizational flexibility for adjustment,the adjustment effect of big data perception ability is not significant,but the influence of big data capture ability and transformation ability on supply chain elasticity is positively adjusted.Finally,based on the conclusions of this paper,it is proposed that managers should pay attention to the positive effect of big data analysis ability on enterprises in daily management,pay attention to the training of employees’ daily risk awareness and risk coping ability,and consider the role of flexibility in the design and application of organizational structure,so as to improve the enterprise’s anti-risk ability and competitive advantage.
