Research On The Development Process And Value Of Xi Jinping’s Important Exposition On Poverty Alleviation

Common prosperity is always the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also the historical responsibility of the Communist Party of China to take the initiative to achieve national revitalisation and create happiness for the people.Since the 18 th Party Congress,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,the Party has put forward a series of important discussions on poverty alleviation,profoundly answering the important questions of "how can the Marxist ruling party help the truly poor" and "how can the Marxist ruling party put the people at the centre? The important question of "comprehensive poverty alleviation" has pointed out the necessity and importance of the great project of poverty alleviation in the new era.Using the literature research method,this paper systematically summarises and compares the foundations,development and evolution of Xi Jinping’s important thesis on poverty alleviation,and explains the practical value of the important thesis.The paper consists of four main parts: it explains the research background,purpose,significance,research methodology and innovation points,and focuses on the combing and analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad to provide reference and expand the ideas of this study.This article explores in depth the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping’s important thesis on poverty alleviation.It mainly discusses the foundations of Xi Jinping’s important thesis on poverty alleviation from the perspective of classic Marxist writers,the poverty alleviation ideas of the major leaders of the Chinese Communist Party,and the idea of "benevolent governance" in the excellent Chinese traditional culture.This article summarizes the development and evolution of Xi Jinping’s important discussions on poverty alleviation,and demonstrates the practical background of Xi Jinping’s important discussions on poverty alleviation from the international context of the world’s commitment to solving the poverty problem and the domestic context of our Party’s continuous promotion of common prosperity.The seven aspects of Xi Jinping’s important thesis on poverty alleviation are explained in the context of the initial mission to get rid of poverty during the Liangjiahe period in Shaanxi,the search for the road to poverty alleviation during the Zhengding period in Hebei,the reform of developed coastal cities during the Xiamen period in Fujian,the exploration of poverty alleviation in less developed areas during the Ningde period in Fujian,the leapfrog development of poverty alleviation during the Fuzhou period in Fujian,the comprehensive and sustainable poverty alleviation during the Zhejiang period,and the people-centred comprehensive poverty alleviation since the 18 th National Congress.This paper constructs the content system of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on poverty alleviation.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature,this chapter systematically combs the main contents of Xi Jinping’s discussion on poverty alleviation,comprehensively analyzes and deeply explains,and constructs the basic theoretical framework including adhering to the leadership of the party,strengthening organizational guarantee,implementing the strategy of ’ precise poverty alleviation ’,improving the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,improving the financial system,improving the efficiency of capital use,adhering to social mobilization,uniting all forces,adhering to the main body of the masses,and stimulating endogenous motivation.The above five aspects are closely linked,five in one,and organically unified.This paper elaborates on the practical value of Xi Jinping’s important thesis on poverty alleviation.This chapter analyses and elaborates the value implications of Xi Jinping’s important thesis on poverty alleviation from two dimensions: theory and practice.In theory,it develops the anti-poverty ideas of classic Marxist writers,enriches the poverty alleviation ideas of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao,and constitutes an important element of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;in practice,it helps people in less developed regions to get rid of absolute poverty and move towards prosperity,fully demonstrates our Party’s sentiment of not forgetting its original intention and benefiting the people,promotes the development of rural revitalisation and It has promoted the realization of common prosperity and provided Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the world’s anti-poverty governance.
