| As the greenhouse effect continues to worsen, reducing carbon dioxide emissions has become the main issue facing countries around the world. On September 22,2020,Xi Jinping made a solemn commitment to the world at the United Nations General Assembly that China will strive to achieve peak CO2 emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.With the introduction of the "double carbon" target, various industries have started to seek the road of energy saving and carbon reduction in their own industries. The forestry industry is no exception.Although forestry carbon sinks have the effect of reducing carbon emissions, the production of wood-based forest products requires the emission of large amounts of carbon dioxide, and with the rise of the courier industry, the use and disposal of cartons as wood-based forest products are on a steep rise.Based on this, this paper investigates the supply chain recycling pricing and emission reduction under two different recycling modes: single-channel recycling by courier enterprises and dual-channel recycling by paper enterprises and courier enterprises, using circular economy theory, game theory and other theoretical methods in the context of "double carbon".By constructing the functions of the recycling volume of each subject under different modes, the Stackelberg game model under two modes of single-channel recycling and dual-channel recycling is established, and the equilibrium results under two different modes are compared. The impact of carbon tax and government subsidies on supply chain recycling decision and profit is analyzed through arithmetic analysis. The results show that when the carbon tax is t <2.6,the profit of paper companies, the profit of express companies and the total profit of the supply chain are negatively related to the carbon tax,and as the carbon tax continues to increase, the profit of paper companies, the profit of express companies and the total profit of the supply chain also increase.Carbon emissions are negatively correlated with the carbon tax,and as the carbon tax increases, the carbon emissions keep decreasing. The profits of paper companies, express delivery companies and total supply chain profits are positively correlated with government subsidies, and carbon emissions are negatively correlated with government subsidies. The equilibrium results of the two models without and with subsidized courier enterprises are compared and analyzed, and it is found that the optimal decision and the total profit of the supply chain with government recycling subsidies for courier enterprises are better than those without subsidies, which indicates that recycling subsidies provided by the government can promote recycling and remanufacturing activities. Finally,a comparative analysis of single-channel recycling and dual-channel recycling shows that the profits of paper enterprises and total supply chain profits are always higher in the dual-channel recycling model than in the single-channel recycling model, and the profits and carbon emissions of courier enterprises in the single-channel recycling model are always greater than in the dual-channel recycling model. When the main goal is to reduce emissions, the dual-channel recycling model is more effective than the singlechannel model in reducing carbon emissions.Through the study of carbon tax and government subsidies,it is found that carbon tax and government subsidies can indeed improve the enthusiasm of recycling of all subjects in the supply chain,so the government should adopt appropriate carbon tax and government subsidies to motivate recycling enterprises to recycle and remanufacture,so as to ensure that China can complete the "double carbon" target on time and in quantity. |
