| The tourism industry is a key area for the development of the tertiary industry,which has had a huge promoting effect on the national economy.In recent years,the study of tourism supply chain has always been the focus of scholars’ attention,but few articles have studied the comprehensive management decision-making problem of cluster tourism supply chain from the perspective of cluster tourism supply chain,drawing on the theories of industrial clusters and demand driven supply chain.Given that there are currently two main ways for tourists to participate in tourism: direct sales by tourism enterprises and agency sales by tourism institutions.In the supply and demand relationship of tourism products,it is reflected in a dual channel tourism supply chain management model.Under the centralized decisionmaking environment,based on the Data envelopment analysis(DEA)production planning model,this paper makes comprehensive decisions on the production and sales of tourism products in the tourism supply chain management from the perspective of dual channels.Firstly,after reviewing relevant literature and theoretical research,we will apply the dual channel supply chain management model in the manufacturing industry to the clustered tourism industry.For each "tourist attraction-travel agencies-tourists" supply chain in the tourism industry cluster,the same type of tourism products produced at the same node have homogeneity under the cluster management mode.Considering that the tourism products produced by tourist attraction will not only be sold directly to market consumers,but also some of them will be distributed to travel agencies and other tourism intermediaries for packaging and combination,and the tourism products obtained after production will be further sold to market tourism consumers,we propose a cluster type dual channel production and sales planning system and model.Then,on the premise of meeting the demand of market tourism consumers for tourism products,with the goal of minimizing the total cost of production and sales of tourism products,a DEA model is used to make centralized decisions on the production and sales process of the entire tourism supply chain,achieving the maximum benefits of the tourism industry cluster.At the same time,the production of each tourism supply chain in the system can achieve DEA efficiency.Finally,based on the cluster dual channel tourism supply chain management decisionmaking model,a unified decision is made for the eight island tourism supply chains in the Zhoushan Islands.On the basis of predictable market demand for tourism products in the next year,the production input and output data of tourism products in the previous year are processed and analyzed to obtain the optimal production and sales plan for the dual channel tourism supply chain under the centralized decision-making mode.Furthermore,It is possible to analyze the changes in production inputs and product outputs of each island’s tourism supply chain compared to the previous year,as well as the sales situation of the tourism product market.Through the dual channel tourism supply chain model proposed in this article,the total cost of the entire supply chain can be minimized,and the production of each island tourism supply chain can achieve DEA efficiency,greatly improving the efficiency of the tourism supply chain system. |
