| In recent years,food industry safety problems frequently appear in media reports.The main reason for food safety incidents frequent is the serious information asymmetry phenomenon in food supply chain.Through the participation of producers,consumers and third-party organizations,green food certification can improve product information attributes and reduce serious information asymmetry.It is an important means for the government to control food safety.Since the first central document in 2004,agricultural standardization with green food certification as the main content has been regarded as the main technical carrier to promote farmers’ income,improve the comprehensive production capacity of agriculture,enhance the supply of agricultural products and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.National Agricultural product quality and safety county to create activity program;National quality agriculture strategic planning(2018-2022);green food industry fourteen five development planning Outline and other documents will be the number of green food certification,green food certification registration volume growth rate,green food certification certified product proportion as an important development indicator.In this context,Chinese green food certification system and mechanism are constantly improving,green food certification work has achieved impressive results.At the same time,the green food certification in each province presents obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics,the development of each region is unbalanced,and the regional differences are obvious.Under the background that the main contradiction in society is changing and the supply-side structural reform of agriculture is advancing,the green food industry in our country has great development prospects.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of China’s green food certification for the next step to determine the regional coordinated development policy of China’s green food certification and increase the scale of green food certification.Based on the product data of China’s green food certification,this thesis explores the spatial distribution pattern and evolution characteristics of China’s green food certification from 2011 to 2020 at the provincial level.Taking the number of newly certified products of green food and the growth index of green food certification as the specific research indicators,the kernel density estimation method and exploratory spatial analysis method were used to make a comprehensive analysis.Furthermore,the factors affecting China’s green food certification are analyzed by means of geographic detector.The findings are as follows:(1)The level of green food certification in China is increasing with time,the absolute difference is increasing,the relative difference is decreasing,and the overall level presents obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics.(2)The proportion of provinces with homogeneity of green certification space increased,while the proportion of provinces with negative correlation of green certification space decreased,and the spatial agglomeration characteristics of local areas were significant.(3)The hot spots of green food certification are concentrated in the eastern region with Shandong,Jiangsu and Anhui as the core,and the cold spots are concentrated in Xinjiang,Tibet,Qinghai and other western regions.The development of green food certification in the eastern region is obviously better than that in the western region.(4)The spatial correlation of the growth index of green food certification decreased,the growth hotspots moved eastward,the hot spots and sub-hot spots increased significantly,and the spatial distribution pattern evolved from centralized to decentralized.(5)The large difference of resource endowment in eastern,central and western regions,unbalanced market demand among provinces and government behaviors are the main reasons for the obvious regional differences and spatial agglomeration effect of national green food certification. |
