| Since 2020,as the change of international economic situation,such as the worldwide trade war,the consequences of COVID 2019,war between Russia and Ukraine etc..It becomes more and more important how to reflect to the global supply chain management of change.In automotive industry,procurement includes two kinds,one is production purchasing,which is the part of car,named also direct purchasing;the other one is non-production purchasing,which contains the items that need to be outsourcing,besides the parts and components used in automobiles.ME company is the automobile manufacturing industry,having established mature management system for production purchasing.However,non-production purchasing needs to adapt to the local characteristics.There are a series of problems during the non-production purchasing management,for example process management,supplier management and category management in ME company,which cannot meet the requirements of efficient management of ME company’s daily development.Therefore,this article mainly focuses on the optimization of the procurement process management of non-production materials in ME company.The optimized procurement management will have big effect to the development of ME company.Based on the case of ME company,this article studies and analyzes the procurement management of non-production materials of ME company,summarizing the status of ME company’s non-production purchasing,and current issues of ME company for the process about procurement management on non-production purchasing.Such as the low efficiency of procurement management;Insufficient of non-production material purchasing personnel’s on professional knowledge;Low efficiency of approval flow;Category have not clear definition;Lack of supplier management process etc.Which decrease ME company’s competitiveness in the market.In view of the existing issues in the procurement management of non-production materials of ME company,the corresponding optimization measure is proposed refer to the management theory,including enhance non-production purchasing team competence,re-divide non-production category through the Pareto ABC tool;Making the corresponding purchasing strategy for different categories by the Kraljic,Meanwhile,using the theory of process re-engineering and PDCA method are to set up the supplier management process,and achieve the target of Optimization of Non-production Procurement Management of ME Company.Make full use of SAP system,improve the efficiency of procurement management.To ensure the optimization measure carry out smoothly in ME company,management team’s support is essential condition.This research topic is based on the relevant theoretical literature of procurement management and supplier management,and takes the non-production material procurement management of ME Company as a practical case to study and analyze.To achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of non-production material procurement management of ME Company,setting up the optimization plan and strategy about non-production purchasing strategy through the corresponding research tools.The optimization measure has been applied in ME company and got good reaction,which proposed in the article for non-production materials procurement management.Through the case study of ME Company,it provides a certain reference for other similar enterprises to solve the problems in the management of non-production material procurement. |
