Research On The Purchasing Management Process Improvement Of SD Company

In recent years, with the gradual adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure, the proportion of coal in the energy structure is declining, and the total coal consumption is also declining. It brings great challenges for the development of the coal industry among the enterprises ,which has intensifies the competition. And the purchasing management process is regarded as the key process of the cost reduction, quality control, efficient operation , which effectively reflects the company's competitive strength. However, there are many deficiencies in SD company. Therefore, to enhance the quality of enterprise development and the competitiveness of enterprises, it is necessary for SD company to improve the procurement management process.This paper discusses the research status of purchasing management related theory. Firstly ,this paper investigated and analyzed the status of SD company procurement management ,discussed the survey results, and obtained the main problems of SD company procurement management process, which mainly includes three problems. Secondly, aiming at the problem of imperfect procurement planning process , this paper is based on the process analysis technology and puts forward relatively perfect procurement planning process ,which is combined with the main contents of the procurement plan. Thirdly, aiming at the problem of imperfect procurement planning and effect evaluation, this paper is based on the flow analysis technology and puts forward relatively perfect the evaluation of the procurement plan's effect,which highlights the process of procurement planning and effect evaluation. Fourthly, aiming at the problem of inadequate supplier evaluation and selection process , this paper is based on the principles of system evaluation and standardizes the contents and methods of supplier qualification examination, identifies the relatively comprehensive supplier evaluation index ,forms the relative systematic supplier evaluation index system, establishs a supplier evaluation model through correlation evaluation. Finally, aiming at the problem of the lack of effectiveness of the acceptance process of materials,this paper puts forward relatively perfect inspection process, designs Standard sampling inspection plan and the sampling inspection with adjustment plan. What's more ,the application of the inspection plans are used to verify the effectiveness of the sampling inspection plans.
