Study On Agricultural Industrialization Path And Countermeasure In Xingan League

The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress pointed out that we should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and speed up the construction of an agricultural power,which reflects the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of agriculture.Agricultural industrialization is helpful to improve farmers’ living standards,accelerate the pace of integration of rural three industries,promote agricultural modernization and implement rural revitalization has a strong promoting significance.Xingan League is an ethnic region located in northern of China,but also an important grain producing area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The development of agricultural industrialization is the practical needs of agricultural modernization and economic development of Xingan League.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of agricultural economic development of Xingan League,the existing problems and causes of agricultural industrialization are analyzed,and the effective path of agricultural industrialization of Xingan League is explored.And put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.This paper defines the relevant concepts of agricultural industrialization,and reviews the domestic and foreign research literature on agricultural industrialization,through the investigation and comparative research to the agricultural industry development status of Xingan League in detail.Secondly,the evaluation index system of agricultural industrialization in Xingan League was established.The entropy method was used to make an empirical analysis of agricultural industrialization in Xingan League from five aspects:efficiency level,scale level,specialization level,organization level and marketization level,and four problems existed in agricultural industrialization in Xingan an League were pointed out.In other words,the level of organization is low,the development of leading enterprises is weak,the degree of industrial correlation is not high,and the depth of specialization is not enough.Then,the causes of agricultural industrialization in Xingan League are analyzed,including the following four aspects: imperfect interest linkage mechanism,lack of financial support,insufficient extension of agricultural industrial chain,and imperfect rural talent system.On the basis of the above research,this paper takes the organization compact,product marketization,industry integration,management scale and production technology as the target system of agricultural industrialization of Xingan League.And put forward four effective paths of agricultural industrialization:orders-connected agricultural industrialization,leading enterprise-driven agricultural industrialization,agriculture-culture-tourism integration,industrial park radiation agricultural industrialization,and digital economy enabling agricultural industrialization.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of agricultural industrialization of Xingan League: establishing and improving the interest linkage mechanism,increasing agriculture-related financial support,promoting the extension of agricultural industry chain,improving the rural personnel training system to accelerate agricultural industrialization of Xingan League.
