As a typical labor-intensive manufacturing industry,the textile industry is difficult to recruit and retain employees,which has become more prominent in recent years.How to improve efficiency,optimize management,reduce staff turnover and maintain staff stability in textile enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved in the fierce competition.Taking the employees of YQ Textile Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Relevant data collecting was based on two research methods:interview of former employees and questionnaire survey on employees,and combined satisfaction theory for differences,correlation,and regression analysis.In this paper,a significant negative linear regression relationship was shown between the satisfaction of employees in the company and their intention to resign.This paper summarizes the factors affecting employee satisfaction from three aspects:social dimension,organizational dimension and individual dimension.The social aspect include the high cost of living,the lack of social respect,the bad employment environment and other factors.The main organizational factors are low salary and welfare levels,few training and learning opportunities,insufficient career development space,insufficient organizational culture construction,high work pressure,and poor communication between superiors and subordinates.The main personal factors are the difficulty in balancing work and life and the lack of planning for personal career development.According to the main factors leading to staff turnover of YQ Textile Co.,LTD.,from the perspective of society,we should focus on strengthening the people-oriented management concept and strengthening the publicity of industry position to enhance the sense of professional honor of employees.From the organizational perspective,we should enhance employee satisfaction and reduce employee turnover through five aspects:improving the salary and welfare system,optimizing the performance evaluation system,improving the level of management,strengthening corporate culture,and establishing an early warning mechanism for employee turnover.From the personal perspective,it is necessary to help employees make personal career development plans,strengthen professional skills training,and help them get long-term development,so the company can establish a talent pool,an achieve long-term stable operation.
