Talent is the most important resource for enterprise development.A high employee turnover rate can have a serious negative impact on the enterprise and bring huge losses to its business development.Psychological contract is an implicit contract that exists between employees and the enterprise.Psychological contract has a significant impact on employees’ attitudes and behaviors,and deviation from psychological contract has a significant impact on employees’ turnover intention.By deeply analyzing the psychological contract deviations of company employees,we can analyze the reasons for employee turnover and find strategies to retain talent.GH Company is a state-owned pharmaceutical operating enterprise with approximately 90 employees.However,the company has experienced severe employee turnover in recent years,which has had a huge adverse impact on the company.This article takes in-service employees of GH Company as the research object,and from the perspective of psychological contracts,uses literature analysis,in-depth interviews,questionnaire surveys,statistical analysis,and other methods to explore the situation of employee psychological contract deviation and employee turnover intention.It analyzes the main reasons for employee turnover in GH Company,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on the actual situation of GH Company.In the research process,firstly,literature related to psychological contracts,employee turnover,and turnover intention were consulted.Through conducting in-depth interviews with employees and combining with the actual situation of GH Company,a highly reliable and valid measurement scale for employee psychological contracts and turnover intention was designed for GH Company.A questionnaire survey was conducted on all employees of GH Company,and the data collected from the questionnaire survey was statistically analyzed using the SPSSAU platform,The main reasons for employee turnover in GH Company are analyzed to be related to career development and promotion,job stability,salary and benefits,and the company’s authorization mechanism.Finally,targeted suggestions were put forward to improve the company’s salary management,optimize company performance evaluation,ensure employee job stability,improve employee position promotion system,and improve the company’s authorization mechanism.This article conducts in-depth research on the issue of employee turnover in stateowned pharmaceutical companies from the perspective of psychological contracts,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.It provides a practical case for stateowned pharmaceutical enterprises and has certain reference significance for other enterprises with similar problems.
