With the acceleration of globalization,the development of the market economy,and the increasingly fierce competition in various industries,real estate,as a pillar industry of the country,plays a vital role.The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and the adjustment of macroeconomic policies pose severe challenges to the real estate industry,and it is particularly important to find opportunities amidst these challenges.Human resources,as irreplaceable assets,have become the core competitiveness of companies,and recruitment,as an essential means of acquiring employees,is crucial.Traditional recruitment methods can no longer meet the company’s needs for excellent employees.The competency model is a new recruitment mode that pays more attention to the potential qualities of employees and ensures that the company introduces more suitable employees during the recruitment process.Therefore,companies should attach great importance to the competency model,build a recruitment system that meets the needs of company employees,and enhance the company’s core competitiveness.This paper is based on the current problems in the recruitment of the real estate industry in our country.By studying domestic and foreign related literature,combined with the current recruitment system of Y Real Estate Company,the author deeply studies the deficiencies and defects in the recruitment system of Y Real Estate Company.The author also uses interview methods and questionnaire surveys to gain a deep understanding of the actual situation of Y Real Estate Company and builds a competency model based on this.By optimizing the human resource recruitment system of Y Real Estate Company through the competency model,the efficiency of company recruitment is improved,the company’s talent needs are better met,and the pertinence of recruitment is enhanced.A recruitment system optimization scheme based on the competency model is proposed,aiming to successfully recruit employees who meet the requirements of quality and ability and achieve the optimal allocation of human resources.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the competency model can be better applied to the company’s human resource management,ensure the systematization and standardization of recruitment work,and make the competency model truly become a tool that can be applied to reality.
