The Research Of Information Technology Risk Management Of N Bank

With the rapid development of information technology,informatization and digitalization have become important development trends in the banking industry,and the banking industry has become more and more dependent on information systems.In recent years,IT risk incidents of commercial banks have occurred frequently,including many major incidents leading to business interruption.Small and medium-sized commercial banks,represented by Bank N,currently have a weak IT foundation and lagging IT management level,and there are still difficulties and shortcomings in IT risk management.In this context,the author firstly analyzes and researches the problems of IT risk management in Bank N based on the research of related theories and results,and combines the current situation of IT risk management in Bank N.Taking the problems and the current situation as the starting point,this paper researches and analyzes the factors influencing IT risk of N Bank,and identifies and classifies the IT risk factors of N Bank from four aspects:development and testing,operation and maintenance,outsourcing management,and personnel management.Based on the results of the research on risk identification,the construction of the IT risk assessment index system of N Bank was carried out.Using the questionnaire as the research tool,analyzed by SPSS statistical software,and combined with relevant professional knowledge and experts’ experience,this paper constructs the IT risk assessment index system and risk assessment operation procedures of Bank N.In this way,a more comprehensive IT risk assessment of Bank N is conducted.Finally,based on the assessment results,suggestions are made to further enrich and improve IT risk management in N Bank.The IT risk assessment index system and risk assessment operation procedures constructed in this paper are practical and operable,and the research results have certain guiding significance for IT risk management of other commercial banks of the same type.
