| In order to speed up the efficiency of urban comprehensive transportation and further strengthen the network of urban rail transit,subway construction has become one of the main tasks of the “12th Five-Year” comprehensive transportation system planning.Subway construction project on the premise of urban development,the station location is often located in urban transport hub,using public transportation demand high dense or style commercial center.Due to the special operating environment,limited space scope,short construction period,different civil structure,professional equipment,insufficient professional ability of operators and other factors,construction projects have great risks and hidden dangers.If it is light,it will affect the construction progress and property loss,and if it is heavy,it will endanger the safety of human life.Reducing harm and preventing accidents have become the top priority in the management of subway construction projects.This paper takes the Harbin Metro Line 3 Northwest Semicircular line as the research object to explore the possible risk factors and risk countermeasures in the construction process of the project.Firstly,starting from the general situation of Harbin Metro Line 3 Northwest Semicircular Line,this paper analyzes the organizational structure,schedule,financing and quality objectives of the project,and analyzes the possible sources of risk in the construction of the project combined with the characteristics of the Northwest Half Ring metro construction project.On this basis,the project risk identification method is selected,the project risk identification process is designed,and the factors that may cause risks are analyzed.Then combined weighting method was used to determine the weight of each risk factor of the project,and grey clustering was used to evaluate the risk level.Finally,according to the evaluation level of project risk factors,it puts forward targeted risk coping strategies.In order to promote the smooth implementation of the subway construction project,ensure the realization of the expected goals of the project,and then provide safe and fast transportation projects for urban residents. |
