Research On The High-quality Development Of Rural Tourism In Fengxian County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

The implementation of the rural vitalization strategy was clearly put forward at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Since then,the issues related to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people has made the most crucial starting point.Rural vitalization was further proposed in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,which starts a new journey of agricultural and rural development during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period and give priority to the development of agricultural and rural areas.It has been proved by practice that the development of rural tourism is a vital force in implementing the rural vitalization strategy.In the context of implementing the new development concept and constructing a new development pattern,the main features and requirements of rural tourism development have changed accordingly.Feng County is located in the far northwestern part of Jiangsu and at the junction of the four provinces and seven counties of Jiangsu,Shandong,Henan,Anhui.Its economic development level is relatively backward in Jiangsu.Compared with other counties in our country,its development of rural tourism has a certain representativeness.From the perspective of rural vitalization,this paper takes Feng County as an example and raises countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of rural tourism through analyzing the development of rural tourism,summarizing as well as drawing on the excellent experience of other regions.This paper mainly consists of five sections.The first part introduces the related concepts and theories of rural vitalization and rural tourism.The second part systematically analyzes the foundation and current situation of Feng County rural tourism development,focusing on the analysis of Feng County rural tourism resource advantages,and systematically reviews the development process of rural tourism and the current achievements.The third part mainly reflects on the seven problems of the development of rural tourism in Feng County such as unclear development ideas through investigation and discussion in the expectation of putting forward targeted suggestions.The fourth section summarizes the typical cases of developing rural tourism in three counties,and extracts the experience that can be adopted for reference.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of rural tourism in Feng County.Based on the rural vitalization goals,it focuses on specific advancement through planning guidance,quality improvement,marketing expansion,interest linkage,and element protection,which aims to realize the high-quality development of rural tourism in Feng County and provide a useful reference for comprehensively promoting rural vitalization and high-quality development.
