The 5G era is now fast approaching,and the overall development of industrial Internet business has entered an important strategic stage,with potential competitors inside and outside the industry entering rapidly.At present,the market pattern of 5G+Industrial Internet business is not yet clear and the market prospect is more chaotic.As one of the competitors in the local market for 5G+Industrial Internet business,SDYD faces the problem of how to research and formulate a competitive strategy with its own characteristics and establish local business advantages based on its actual situation,local market characteristics and competition.This paper focuses on SDYD,creating a basic theoretical framework for SDYD to compete in the 5G+industrial Internet business by applying competitive strategies.Subsequently,by analyzing the main factors affecting the demand for 5G+industrial Internet services,the main types of user demand for 5G+industrial Internet services within SD province are identified,and then the main factors affecting the competitive situation in the market within the business are focused on based on these types of 5G+industrial Internet services and Porter’s five forces model.Subsequently,by comparing these main factors,SDYD’s strengths and weaknesses in the market competition for 5G+industrial Internet business are comprehensively determined.Finally,by comparing the implementation conditions of the three main competitive strategies,recommendations regarding the implementation of the competitive strategies are presented.Through the analysis,this paper proposes that SDYD should adopt a differentiation strategy in the competition of 5G+industrial Internet business,and vigorously develop differentiated 5G+industrial Internet product model,differentiated 5G+industrial Internet network capability,and differentiated 5G+industrial Internet customer service.It is hoped that this paper can help solve the specific difficulties encountered by SDYD during the development of 5G+Industrial Internet business,and can also provide some reference value for regional companies in the same industry in developing 5G+Industrial Internet business.
