| The increasing demand for marine resources development puts forward higher requirements for the development of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry.The high-quality and high-level industrial development model replaces the traditional extensive development model and becomes the mainstream of the new era.Relying on marine resources to develop marine engineering equipment manufacturing supply chain,supply chain to land and sea economic “bridge” role,help to promote the integration of land and sea economy.To explore the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the supply chain development of China’s marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry will help to form a strong competitive advantage of the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry,accelerate the reversal of the industrial international discourse pattern of “western language-led,strong in the west and weak in the self ”,and play a guiding role in promoting China’s marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry to grasp the influence and dominance of the international community.In view of this,after combing the existing research results and industrial development status,this paper chooses to explore from the following aspects:The first is to sort out the background,significance,content and innovation of this research.With the help of Cite Space software,the literature review research is carried out from the aspects of the number of publications,publishing institutions,publishing authors and keyword co-occurrence and clustering.This paper introduces the connotation and industrial status of the supply chain of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry,and constructs the logical system of the supply chain of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry from three aspects: strategic logic,theoretical logic and era logic.Second,build index evaluation system.This paper selects the BSC model as the index selection model,integrates the SCOR model,and innovatively proposes an extended BSC-SCOR supply chain evaluation model after considering the external factors.Based on this,the index pool is established,and the index is screened and tested through the questionnaire survey data.Finally,the index evaluation system of the marine engineering equipment manufacturing supply chain is constructed from the six dimensions of economy,market,logistics capability,coordination capability,innovation capability and green capability.Third,study the supply chain development level of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry.In order to ensure the scientificity and objectivity of the research,this paper chooses the entropy-TOPSIS model as the research method,selects the index data of 11 provinces and cities from 2015 to 2019,and carries out the firstlevel index development level evaluation,comprehensive development level evaluation,comparative analysis of development level and time evolution analysis respectively.Fourthly,it analyzes the obstacle factors that restrict the development of supply chain of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the obstacle degree model,the obstacle degree of criterion layer is selected firstly,and then the main obstacle factors that restrict the development of supply chain of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed.Fifth,based on the evaluation results of empirical research to promote China’s marine engineering equipment manufacturing supply chain development countermeasures.First,it is necessary to build marine equipment manufacturing data platform to promote the collaborative sharing of logistics and information flow;second,to promote the supply chain production,transportation and other aspects of the optimization and upgrading of marine equipment manufacturing industry to achieve the whole process of intelligent supply chain;third,to ensure the development of green supply chain,low-carbon,sustainable,and build a low-carbon marine equipment manufacturing industry,modern supply chain system;fourth,form supply chain partnerships and strategic alliances that complement supply and demand,mutual assistance in production and marketing,resource sharing,and technology collaboration,and promote the coordinated and orderly development of China’s marine equipment manufacturing supply chain;fifth,enhance the level of rapid response to market changes and emergencies,improve the flexibility and stability of industrial supply chain;sixth,give full play to the positive guiding role of the government,improve the corresponding policies and mechanisms,and promote the high-level development of China’s marine equipment manufacturing supply chain. |
