Under major public health emergencies,information flow,service flow,capital flow and product flow are interrupted,and the imbalance between the two ends of supply and demand of enterprises gradually develops into a highly volatile state,which makes it difficult for enterprises to effectively predict,adjust and tide over difficulties.Agricultural industrial chain is inherently fragile,and both sides of supply and demand of agricultural enterprises are vulnerable to the impact of various external uncertain risks,so in the face of major public health emergencies,the impact of agricultural enterprises will be more serious than other enterprises.Organization should toughness is effective the internal mechanism of sudden environmental uncertainty,as a kind of can predict and respond to,adapt to environmental changes,and public emergency,and make the enterprises continue to save and development ability,it is beyond the scope of risk management and crisis management,from the perspective of a more comprehensive stress and ensure that the restructuring of the enterprise resource configuration,Therefore.This project attempts to standardize scientific research,so as to understand its "cause","effect" and "harm".This study first analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign literature on environmental volatility of supply and demand,organizational resilience and performance of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises under major public health emergencies.Then,the dimension division and specific indicator system of each variable were determined,questionnaire design was carried out and data were collected.A total of 278 valid questionnaires were obtained,and the "SRP" research paradigm of the impact of environmental instability of supply and demand on the performance of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises under major public health emergencies was established.Namely,the paradigm of "Shocks-Resilience-Performance".Thirdly,structural equation model is used to examine the impact of supply and demand environmental volatility on firm performance and the mediating effect of organizational resilience on the above effects.The following conclusions are drawn: the environmental volatility of supply and demand can be divided into two dimensions: supply side volatility and demand side volatility;The instability of supply and demand environment negatively affects the performance of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.Organizational resilience plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between environmental volatility of supply and demand and firm performance.Finally,from the "scan matching analysis,adjustment,feedback to improve and upgrade toughness," four phases,for small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in the face of the major public health emergencies to maintain steady management puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions,makes the small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises under major public health emergencies contingency,pipe,controllable process accordingly.
