Following the continuous acceleration of economic globalization,governmental communication featured with aid and financial cooperation becomes intensive.Due to its role during the early stage of China’s Reform and Opening-up,Japan’s Official Development Assistance(ODA)to China attracts academic interest.However,with the changing of era,international and China-Japan relationships,research regarding the complete process and influences of Japan’s ODA to China since China’s Reform and Opening-up is still lacking.This study is composed based on the background of China’s Reform and Opening-up chronologically.Herein,we search and summarize related theories and concepts extensively,and use the methods of quotations of historical data,case studies,and comparative analysis.Firstly,we analyze the domestic and international backgrounds of the Japan’s ODA to China,and dissect various aspects of the offering and accepting such economical assistance.Subsequently,we inspect the exact framework and influences of different stages of the Japan-China ODA since China’s Reform and Opening-up.Finally,we investigate the positive and negative effects on both China and Japan during the Japan-China ODA objectively and dialectically.
