| In recent years,China’s commercial health insurance has developed rapidly with increasing premium income and continuous improvement of industrial system.Under the dual favorable circumstances of government policy support and increased market demand,the health insurance market has great potential.However,compared with other insurance companies,the establishment time of health insurance companies is relatively short,and the development of the management system is not sound.At the same time,the complex operation risks and high requirements for specialized operation of health insurance also put forward requirements for health insurance companies to optimize the management system.In the face of the increasingly fierce and complex competitive environment in the health insurance market,it is a major challenge for the health insurance company to effectively implement the corporate strategy,rationally evaluate the development performance of each branch,and guide its construction and development of the company’s strategic system.This paper chooses P Health Insurance Company as the research object,and takes the performance evaluation system of P health insurance Company’s parent company to provincial branch as the research subject.P Health Insurance Company’s current performance evaluation system plays a positive role in mobilizing branches to improve business scale and value creation ability.However,many problems can still be found in the implementation of the performance management system,such as not closely related to the strategic objectives,the proportion of non-financial indicators is too small,index benefits overlap and so on.Through the use of value tree,key performance index method,analytic hierarchy process and other tools,combined with the actual operation situation of P company,this paper rebuilt the performance evaluation system with P company as the carrier,and tried to apply it to evaluate the performance of the provincial branch of P company,and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages.The results calculated by the rebuilt evaluation system are different from the original evaluation system,which can more clearly and accurately reflect the operation situation of different provincial branches in each dimension.This paper combines theory and practice to conduct performance evaluation on P health insurance Company,which enriches the theoretical content of performance evaluation and also provides reference for its implementation in the health insurance industry. |
