With the wave of economic globalization,the market environment our enterprises are facing is complex and changeable,and the traditional management concept has been unable to adapt to the current business environment.As an advanced management concept,lean production has been more and more in-depth in the daily business activities of various enterprises.Based on a lot of research data at home and abroad,it is proved that lean production based on site management can effectively help enterprises eliminate all kinds of waste behavior,reduce production costs,and improve the daily management and production efficiency of enterprises.It has been widely promoted and applied in various enterprises.NS aim of this paper is to improve the balance rate and optimize the layout of the workshop.Through IE methods such as program analysis and job determination to find the existing problems,the unreasonable process through the "5 W1H" questioning technology and ECRS principles from the production process adjustment,hands-on operation analysis,job site layout and other aspects of improvement research,and put forward specific improvement measures and programs to improve capacity and efficiency,reduce handling and waiting and other nonvalue-added activities.Finally,the current workshop to implement "6S" management,build a comfortable working environment,improve the enthusiasm of operators.Through the use of lean production theory,6S management plan in-depth analysis and improvement of NS company workshop production site.Firstly,the background and significance of workshop production site improvement are introduced,and then the current situation of workshop production site balance and production layout improvement at home and abroad is reviewed.Finally,based on the expected objectives and content of this paper for a brief analysis.Secondly,this paper introduces the theory and application methods of production improvement,such as workshop production field balance theory,method research,job determination,fish bone map analysis and so on.On this basis,the problems existing in the workshop production site of NS company are deeply analyzed,such as the imbalance of working hours between each working procedure in the workshop site,the improper layout of the workshop site,and the management of the workshop site 6S need to be improved.Lastly,five W1H and ECRS are used to improve the existing problems from three aspects:production procedure,job site layout and "6S"management,and specific improvement schemes are put forward.The improved resistance workshop production site is recalculated by using line balance index.By managing and improving the production site of the workshop,the balance rate and production layout of the production site of the resistance workshop of NS company are improved significantly,and the expected goal is exceeded.From 13 times to 4 times,the handling distance is reduced,compared with the original,and the working environment is improved effectively through 6S management on the spot.By comparison and analysis,it can be seen that by applying IE technical method,the waste phenomena such as handling and waiting in the production site of the workshop are effectively reduced,and the efficiency of the production site and the enthusiasm of the operators are effectively improved...
