China is implementing an innovation-driven,country strategy, and accelerating efforts to achieve self-reliance in high-level science and technology. In the face of Western technology containment, interfirm innovation has become an important organizational form for innovation activities, and then forms the enterprise innovation network. It is connected by the interdependence between enterprises, but the resilience of the innovation network is low in its natural state, which is reflected in the weak innovative cooperative relationship between enterprises, making it difficult to resist external shocks or rebuild cooperative relations after shocks, and making it difficult to form long-term stable innovation links.Based on the foregoing research, this paper proposes a logical framework of innovation network incentive based on inter-organizational dependence, with the goal of studying the incentive principle and mechanism of network innovation resilience.Specifically, the following questions are addressed:first, whether incentives have an impact on the innovation resilience of network, and what role does interorganizational dependence play in it;second, how the incentive method affects the network’s innovation resilience;third, how to design incentive mechanism to improve network innovation resilience. This paper focuses on the following aspects to solve the above research problems.Firstly, the research background, significance, content, methods and related theories are introduced in the first and second chapters. The technical roadmap is determined, and the relevant literature is sorted out. This provides the theoretical and literature basis for the subsequent research.Second, the incentive principle model for this study is built in the third and fourth chapters, and the model hypothesis is put out.The structural equation model(PLS-SEM)is used to empirically study the influence of incentives on resilience and the role of inter-organizational dependence.Three nested models are constructed to study the subdivision dimension of inter-organizational dependence and explore a detailed incentive path. The results provide support for the incentive principle.Finally.the incentive mechanism is determined using a qualitative comparison analysis approach(fsQCA)in the fifth chapter, which also classifies the incentive means in accordance with the principle research. The mechanism establishes the sequence priority of the configuration, fully utilizing the theory’s practical directing function. The following are the specific conclusions reached in this paper as a result of the preceding research and analysis.Firstly, the innovation network can be incentivized, and the incentive means positively affect the network’s innovation resilience.Secondly,we explore the incentive principle of "key-mean-path",and believe that the quality of relationship dependence is the key to the incentive of resilience, and incentive means influence the formation of a benign dependency relationship. There are three distinct incentive paths that produce effects via "knowledge-relationship”,,structure-relationship" and "single structure" dependence. Finally, incentive mechanisms are classified as traditional, initial,or full-dimensional.The combination and order level of incentive means contained in each mechanism are investigated, and there is a good corresponding relationship with incentive principle. The incentive principle of innovation network is studied from the perspective of inter-organizational dependence, which provides a focus for cracking work, opens the black box of incentive means to the innovative resilience. The new method of fsQCA is applied to the design of incentive mechanisms, and the antecedent influence of incentive means on resilience is explored from the perspective of configuration, and the incentive configurations of toughness and non-toughness are obtained.
