Innovation, become the core competitiveness of a nation’s development, and innovative enterprise innovation power provides tremendous energy. For innovative companies, innovation for development, enterprises to obtain benefits, more depends on the core of enterprise employees. Because the innovative enterprise core staff has a higher level of knowledge and personal qualities, high achievement desire, autonomy is strong, strong liquidity, the characteristics of the innovative enterprises are faced with the core staff incentive mechanism problem, how to design reasonable and effective incentive system to attract and retain the core staff is the key to innovative companies remain competitive.In this paper, through questionnaire investigation, according to the basic situation of innovative enterprise core staff, motivate the status quo, demand characteristic design questionnaire, to a certain number of innovative companies the industry core staff questionnaire, through the statistical analysis of the results of the survey, make innovative enterprise core employee demand characteristics of the present situation and the analysis of the industry incentive effect, and innovative enterprise incentive problems and the reasons.
