| With the fast growing of Internet,China has entered the road of digital development and construction,and the digital economy has been an central part of Chinese economic.In this context,the number of Internet companies in China has also shown an increasing growth.However,with the external environment of Internet companies is constantly changing in these years.The " COVID-19 " in 2020 and the"education double reduction policy" in 2021 result in the rough management methods of Internet companies in the past can no longer adapt to the current development environment,while delicacy management is becoming mainstream.Mostly staff of Internet companies are highly educated,independent and new generation talents,and the team management faces huge challenges.In the face of a intricacy and varied social condition and increasing manpower costs,how to manage team members well and improve their performance level is crucial to the development of the team and the company.This subject is in view of the theoretical research of project team performance management and OKR,and takes ZJ’s user growth project team as the research object.By collecting problems existing in team performance management and analyzing the causes of performance management problems after a period of practice,and finally evaluate the effect of the scheme through literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interviews,discussion methods and other methods.By means of summarizing problems and reasons,design and implement an OKR-based goal management plan.In addition,evaluate the practical effect of the OKR goal management plan after implementing,and put forward according to the effect.Finally,Produce an OKR target management plan and practical experience for the company’s project team performance management.The research results of this paper show that the project team performance management scheme based on OKR,will help the organization and the team to achieve consistent goals,rapid response and effective execution.Furthermore,it can also improve the performance level of the team,increase the autonomy and innovation of employees and promote the smooth development of the company and the team.The project team’s practical experience with the OKR goal management programme is also of interest to other Internet companies and project teams. |
