Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Science And Technology Project Management Of A Group Based On Project Management Maturity

A group is a company based on the innovation of display devices and the Internet of Things,which is already in a leading position in the display field.In recent years,the enterprises have gradually adopted project mode as the main supporting mode,and they have gradually realized the importance of project management.Therefore,it is meaningful to study the management maturity of the group’s science and technology projects to improve the organization’s project management level.In this paper,We mainly study the theory of the project management maturity.Based on the special management characteristics of the group’s science and technology projects,the OPM3 model is considered to be more suitable for measuring and analyzing the management level of the group’s science and technology projects,so the OPM3 theory is used to establish the maturity system evaluation model.In addition,it coincides with the group’s plan to promote the IPD process improvement project,and this paper also combs and summarizes the relevant theories and methods of IPD.In order to improve the maturity of organizational project management more pertinently,the possible management problems that the delay rate is increasing year by year are analyzed by using data analysis method on the historical data from 2017 to 2021.Through interviews,we can communicate with project managers,functional managers and other personnel to understand the system,resources,personnel and other issues in the organization,and finally summarize and analyze the management problems of the group’s science and technology projects.At the same time,using the professional OPM3 evaluation system tools,the knowledge fields and the potential operational capacity of the group’s science and technology projects are taken as the first-level indicators,and then 50 second-level indicators are decomposed into maturity evaluation dimensions.The weights are determined by AHP method,and then the scores of the group’s science and technology project management are collected by questionnaire survey,and the scores of each indicator are calculated.The maturity score of the Group’s science and technology project management is 56.93,which is at the third level.Among them,risk management(47.4),organization and operation potential capacity management(48.5)and scope management(49.8)have lower scores,all of which are at the second level.Finally,combined with the problems of current situation analysis and the low score index of maturity evaluation system,some improvement suggestions are put forward.Among them,risk management and scope management mainly refer to PMBOK knowledge domain management process,adding node control and standardized management process;In the part of organization and operation potential capacity management,it reflects the problems such as inadequate implementation of technical route or the phenomenon of emphasizing projects but neglecting management,and puts forward targeted improvement suggestions for the current scientific and technological project management system and process according to the requirements of IPD’s whole process management specification.
