A Study On The Application Of Opm3 In Smart City Construction Project Management

Smart city construction project as a "Internet plus" project,because of its complexity to the implementation of the main project management level put forward high standards and strict requirements.At present,the management level of the main body of the implementation of the intelligent city construction projects is generally not high.In the process of implementing the project,many problems often occur frequently,which leads to the failure of the project to be carried out smoothly and to achieve the expected effect.Therefore,it is imminent to fully understand the importance of project management level and effectively improve project management level.From the point of view of the project,this paper takes the intelligent city construction project as the research object.On the basis of extensive reading and sorting out the relevant documents at home and abroad,this paper makes a comparison and analysis of the existing project management maturity model,and summarizes the application of OPM3 model to the project of intelligent city construction.OPM3 model is a three-dimensional model,which is widely used in smart city construction project management.This article takes the intelligent city construction project management as the starting point,and compares the project,the project portfolio and the project set in the OPM3 model,and draws the conclusion that the project set management standard is suitable for the smart city construction project.And build a model according to item set management standard level 1 and two level and four level.In order to ensure the practical application of the model to the intelligent city construction project,this paper further designed the evaluation index system,and quantified the indicators in the management standards of the project set.Finally,taking the intelligent city construction project of a national intelligent city pilot city as the demonstration object,using the constructed two-dimensional model and evaluation index to evaluate the project management ability of the project implementation subject,to help find out the problems and not enough in the project construction of the pilot city,and put forward the improvement measures.For our smart city construction projects,the research results in this paper may be of some reference and guidance significance.
