With the development of Internet technology,various new technologies,architectures and platforms are flourishing with each passing day.The technical architecture and operation and maintenance methods designed a few years ago are not sufficient to meet the current increasing concurrency and product requirements.R company has been engaged in the development and maintenance of Internet social APP since its establishment in 2008.With the development of the business and the increase in the number of users,there are higher requirements for high concurrency and high availability.At the same time,new functions and new gameplay of APP products continue to increase.After a long period of accumulation,there have been many loopholes and bugs in the platform’s architecture.The difficulty of realizing new product requirements is increasing day by day,and the platform’s technical architecture has gradually lost the demand for new products.The support force has instead become a constraint.At this point,technical reconstruction becomes imperative.However,there are a variety of risks that need to be dealt with during technical refactoring.Especially in the online implementation stage after the reconstruction is completed,key operations such as traffic switching are required,which increases the uncertainty of risks.If no precautions are taken,it may affect the company’s revenue,and even cause serious consequences such as a large number of customer losses.Therefore,improving the risk control ability of technical reconstruction projects has become a top priority.This paper takes R company’s IT technology reconstruction project as the research goal,and studies the four main processes of project risk management and control(ie:risk identification process,risk evaluation process,risk response process and risk monitoring process).Combined with the specific characteristics of IT technology reconstruction project,scientifically use the methods of literature research,brainstorming and expert investigation to identify the risks of IT technology reconstruction project.In the risk evaluation stage,the combination of expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a model and calculate the comprehensive weight value of each risk factor of the IT technology reconstruction project,and then the risk level of each risk factor of the project is obtained in combination with the actual situation of the project.Finally,according to the different risk levels of risk factors,specific response strategies and response countermeasures are formulated,and a risk supervision mechanism and a risk management guarantee system are established to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Case references and experience summaries are provided.
