With the rapid development of the leisure brine products market,Zhouhei duck,as a leading enterprise,has also achieved rapid development.However,with the intensification of competition in the leisure brine products industry,Zhouhei duck is facing problems such as rising operating costs and declining number of self operated stores.Zhouhei duck tried to implement business model innovation to cope with the fierce competition in the market,in order to highlight the tight encirclement in the highly competitive leisure food industry market.So how Zhouhei duck’s business model innovation affects its financial performance has become an important topic of this paper.Through the canvas model,this paper comprehensively analyzes the development status of Zhouhei duck,and discusses the internal and external motivations and innovation paths of its business model innovation.At the same time,the study also evaluated the financial performance of Zhouhei duck before and after the business model innovation using three methods,including traditional financial indicators,non-financial indicators and EVA analysis.It was found that the innovation of the business model did not seem to bring significant improvement to Zhouhei duck’s financial performance,but revealed that there were large fluctuations in the liquidity ratio,excess liquidity and other problems,and Zhouhei duck still needed to further solve and improve.Through the overall analysis of Zhouhei duck Company,it can be seen that its franchise model has rapidly expanded its business scale and sales outlets,and improved its profitability.At the same time,it has gradually achieved online and offline omnichannel operations,improved product marketing level,and created more profits for the company.However,in terms of business model innovation,Zhouhei duck still has some shortcomings.For example,cross-border cooperation with other brands and joint marketing have diversified brands,but the effect is not ideal.Therefore,Zhouhei duck needs to work hard to find innovative ways suitable for himself to further expand market share and win strategic initiative.
