| The operation and management services of social insurance are related to the vital interests of the majority of insured personnel and the development of social insurance undertakings.With the continuous development of social security undertakings,as the government directly provides social insurance public services for the insured personnel,its construction and development need to further adapt to the new government service concepts such as "decentralization,management and service","Internet +" and "chain service",constantly innovate service methods and implement process reengineering.For the social security agencies,the social insurance management work is facing development opportunities,but also great challenges.On the basis of systematic review of the existing domestic and foreign studies,this paper conducted a systematic study of the social insurance service at the provincial level in S province,targeted analysis of the status quo of social insurance service at the provincial level in S province through questionnaires and interviews,investigated the problems to be optimized and the causes of these problems.The research found that the problems existing in the social insurance service in S province include:first,the boundary of some business responsibilities is not clear;Second,wait in line for a long time;Third,the staff work load is high;Fourth,part of the business process is longer;Fifth,the user experience of information system is not good.Analyze the causes of the problems:first,the management system is not good;Second,the process standardization is insufficient;Third,the team construction is not in place;Fourth,the window setting is not reasonable;Fifth,the information system is not perfect.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service level of social security agencies at the provincial level in S province:The first is to improve the system and mechanism of social insurance administration and management service;the second is to strengthen business process reengineering and collaboration to realize the standardization of business administration;the third is to strengthen staff management and enhance the service ability of handling;the fourth is to optimize the window setting and strengthen the policy publicity;the fifth is to improve the level of information construction. |
