Social progress,economic development and the frequent occurrence of food safety loopholes make the majority of buyers pay more and more attention to food safety issues,and more and more people choose to buy green and pollution-free food.As the most basic part of food purchase,agricultural products are more directly related to people’s quality of life level,and naturally have also received the most attention.The No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee in 2021 once again pointed out that it is necessary to continue to promote green agricultural development,strengthen supervision over the quality of agricultural products and food safety,and develop green agricultural products.In recent years,Shijiazhuang also stressed to promote the green quality agricultural products supply capacity,promote green production mode,optimize the green ecological environment,further improve agricultural quality efficiency and competitiveness,but now Shijiazhuang green agricultural products market and industry is still in the immature stage,and development and improve its market and industry key task is to stimulate residents’purchase behavior.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the purchase behavior of green agricultural products in Shijiazhuang residents.The research results will help to promote the purchase of green agricultural products,and then improve the market and industry,to promote the high-quality development of the green agricultural products industry.This paper takes Shijiazhuang city residents as the research object,From the buyer’s perspective,Based on the purchase behavior,the buyer’s need motivation theory,affecting the purchase factors of green agricultural products theory,The questionnaire method,descriptive analysis method and use of the literature research method,Logistic regression model,Furthermore,a descriptive analysis of the collected 370 valid questionnaires was performed,Then through the empirical analysis of the purchase of green agricultural products and its influencing factors,Screscreen yielded six representative,significant factors that influence this purchase behavior.Among them,there are five factors affecting the elderly over 60 years old,understanding,quality and safety,freshness and product publicity that have a positive and significant impact on the purchase of green agricultural products;the price factors have a negative impact on the higher the price of green agricultural products,the more difficult the buyers to buy.According to the research conclusion,the government must establish strict market access system and traceability system,introduce legal and quality supervision mechanism to control the irregular behavior in the market,increase market access mechanism,ensure the effectiveness of quality control;enterprises should pay attention to high quality development,control price levels,expand business model,and enrich publicity channels;buyers should strengthen their understanding of green agricultural products,and use the rights of buyers to solve problems.The innovation point of this article is:First,this article is based on the vast agricultural products market,with Shijiazhuang buyers as the starting point,Shijiazhuang residents in the purchase of green agricultural products of field investigation.Second,through the field visit to obtain relevant data,descriptive analysis of data analysis,using Logistic regression model analysis and found the main influencing factors affecting the development of green agricultural products,finally put forward the future Shijiazhuang green agricultural products development,provide decision basis for relevant government departments and agricultural enterprises.
