With the development of national economy,people's income has been improved and their consumption custom changed.People pay more attention to the quality of basic necessities,their demand for agri-products not only in terms of quantity,but also pay more attention to the quality and safety.However,due to the complex difficulties in the supervision of agri-production,the agricultural market is not perfect,the agro-ecological environment is deteriorating,quality and safety of agri-products occurred frequently.Consumers' demand for agri-products is an important factor in determining the supply of agri-products,consumers' awareness of the agri-products' quality and safety will affect their demand for agri-products.Therefore,it is important to research the consumer cognition of the agri-products' quality and safety and its effect on the purchase of agricultural products,to improve the level of agri-products quality and safety and to promote the healthy development of agri-products market.Based on the theory of consumer behavior and management behavior,this paper takes Guangxi as the research area to analyse the Guangxi consumers'cognition of agri-products' quality and safety and the influence of consumer cognition on purchasing behavior,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products in Guangxi to promote the quality and safety of agricultural products in Guangxi.This study uses the form of questionnaire,and 401 valid questionnaires were obtained.The questionnaire was analyzed by statal3.0 software,and analyzed the cognition of Guangxi consumers' quality and safety of agricultural products;the influence of consumer cognition on purchasing behavior;Consumer age,gender and other factors on the impact of consumers' cognition;The results show that consumer cognition affects their buying behavior;Guangxi consumers' age,education level,family income and other factors have an impact on their cognitive level.According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the government,the producers and the consumers.
