| This study aims to investigate the influence of employee training,employee empowerment,and teamwork on organizational commitment in the Pakistan telecom industry.One of the key elements for ensuring organizational commitment among employees is the development of empowerment,teamwork,and training.This is so that organizations may benefit from devoted staff.According to a survey of the literature,there is little information available on organizational commitment in Pakistan’s telecom sector.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to investigate how employee empowerment,teamwork,and employee training affect organizational commitment in the context of Pakistan’s telecom industry.To achieve the stated goal,information was gathered through a survey from 300 workers of several telecom companies in Pakistan,particularly in Karachi and Lahore.The results demonstrated how cooperation and training have a favorable impact on organizational commitment.This finding brought attention to the value of corporate training and teamwork in boosting employee loyalty to the company and urges management to focus on these aspects and long-term growth plans. |
