Induction training is the first step for new employees to join the enterprise, and mean while,it has a significant meaning and decides whether our new employees can quickly integrate into the enterprise, whether they can do their jobs as positions required under a relatively short period of time. The psychological contract,as the link between employee and enterprise, plays an important role in training and organization promises, and is a key topic in different fields of study. In recent years, organizational commitment has been a research hotspot in the field of organizational behavior. it refers to the identification of the employees in specific tissues and the goals of the organization sense, and a state of mind hoping to keep the organization identity. Domestic and foreign scholars classified the organizational commitment into three factors, Allen and Meyer theory is a classical division of organizational commitment dimensions. Including three factors of the organizational commitment which are divided into three dimensions: affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment.With the development of the relationship between employees and enterprises, employee turnover rate and turnover rate increased. if the new staff can not integrate into the organization, the organizational commitment will be greatly reduced, thereby turnover rate increase. Therefore this paper selects new clerks who joined companies under three years as the research object. With questionnaire survey and statistical analysis and by using the mediating role of psychological contract, we want to explore how can the induction training affect the organizational commitment of three dimensions,and find what kind of impact will be, then hope we can provide a theoretical basis for the practice of enterprise management through the research conclusions.The results of this study show that induction training and psychological contract have significant correlation with affective commitment and normative commitment, and are different from continual commitment according to education level. The psychological contract plays some intermediary role in relationship between orientation and affective commitment, and plays completely intermediary role in relationship between the induction training and normative commitment,and no effect on relationship between the induction training and normative commitment.
