During the continuous construction of socialism,people’s living standards and happiness index have improved significantly.The state attaches great importance to the development of large-scale health projects.In order to protect the health of the people,a large number of support policies have been corrected and revised.With the increase of per capita income,people are gradually paying more attention to their own health.As a traditional health food in my country,D products have been inherited for thousands of years.Its products are widely trusted and recognized by people all over the country,and its market popularity and influence are constantly improving.Ejiao has extremely high nutritional value,including 18 kinds of amino acids and more than 20 kinds of trace elements such as iron,copper,calcium,and manganese.D has huge market potential,and this advantage has also attracted more enterprises,bringing about a more intense competition situation,and bringing severe development pressure and test to D health products company.Based on this,if the company wants to firmly occupy the market competition position,it must abandon the outdated business model and development concept in the past,formulate scientific and reasonable competition strategies based on company affairs and market changes,improve the company’s core competitiveness,and achieve healthy and long-term development.D Health Products Co.,Ltd.is an enterprise engaged in the research and development,production,sales and service of health food/food.With the continuous development of the market economy,more competitors with certain strength have begun to enter the field.The company’s market position is under strong challenges,which requires giving full play to its internal resource advantages,grasping external development opportunities,improving the company’s business strategy,formulating a sound competition system,and occupying a higher market share.This research first analyzes and summarizes the research literature on the competitive strategy of health care products companies around the world,and then uses literature research,survey interviews and other methods to carry out in-depth research combined with strategic theory and cost leadership strategy theory.Secondly,the practical research and analysis of the development reality of D Company,and the in-depth analysis of the company’s current macro situation and competitive environment.Based on the company’s development reality and future trends,we will discuss the industry environment and grasp the company’s future development opportunities and threats.Combined with the EFE external factor evaluation matrix,understand the threats and challenges faced by the enterprise,and analyze the opportunities in the development process of the enterprise;then,use the value chain theory to base on five levels of technology research and development,cost management,quality management,production capacity and human resource management Analyze the internal value chain,identify the relevant factors of the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses,and evaluate the company’s existing strengths and weaknesses.Based on the scoring results,the SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the above external factors,and based on the company’s affairs,a scientific and reasonable competitive strategy is formulated.Based on Porter’s competitive strategy theory,the practicability of differentiated competition strategy,centralized competition strategy and cost leadership competition strategy of the company is expounded,and the QSPM matrix evaluation method is selected,and the optimal cost leadership competition strategy is obtained by using the expert scoring method.At the same time,considering the unique attributes of the gelatin health care products industry,the selected D gelatin health care products companies should adopt the cost-leading strategy,supplemented by the differentiation strategy.Finally,based on optimizing the organizational structure and strengthening the construction of talents,formulate sound and reasonable safeguards to ensure that the cost-leading competition strategy can be stably implemented,help the company achieve its business goals,and provide countermeasures for the formulation of competition strategies for other health care product companies in the market.
