Research On The Impact Of Manufacturing Enterprise Big Data Analysis Capability On Enterprise Innovation Performance | Posted on:2023-11-10 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:J Y Li | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2569306902981929 | Subject:Business Administration | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | In the context of the continuous spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the increasing instability of the international market,the pressure on innovation faced by Chinese manufacturing enterprises is increasing day by day.Especially in the critical period of the construction of new business formats and the upgrading of industrial structure,breaking through the traditional production and operation models and methods,and using new cutting-edge technology to inject new momentum into the development of my country’s manufacturing enterprises,has become the sustainable development of my country’s manufacturing enterprises in the new era.The inevitable choice for development.In this context,big data,as the core support for achieving my country’s great goal of "building a big data power",provides new opportunities for the strategic transformation and vigorous development of manufacturing enterprises in the new era.Correspondingly,how my country’s manufacturing enterprises can use the analysis capabilities of big data to efficiently promote the continuous development of innovative activities has become a key issue whether it can help my country’s high-quality economic growth,and has attracted the attention of academic and industrial circles.Big data analysis capability is a key tool that helps manufacturing companies to enhance their business competitiveness in a highly dynamic market environment,and can simultaneously act on the strategic layout of manufacturing companies and their innovative activities.In addition,the different strategic orientations of manufacturing companies will also have different impacts on the process of companies deploying strategic tasks to carry out innovative activities.Market-oriented manufacturing companies are more able to create high-quality economic value that meets market needs.Therefore,clarifying the impact of big data analysis capabilities,strategic flexibility,and market orientation of manufacturing companies on innovation performance is of great significance for promoting manufacturing companies to achieve the improvement of innovation performance.Based on resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper focuses on domestic manufacturing companies,with the purpose of improving manufacturing companies’ innovation performance,and proposes the relationship between manufacturing companies’ big data analysis capabilities,strategic flexibility,market orientation,and corporate innovation performance.Basic assumptions and theoretical models.Through the design of questionnaires based on mature scales at home and abroad,the questionnaires were distributed to manufacturing companies that have big data analysis capabilities or experience in big data application by email and MBA classroom surveys to collect data,and finally 232 valid questionnaires were obtained..On this basis,a partial least squares structural equation model was established to verify the relationship between variables,and the results found:(1)Big data analysis ability can positively affect enterprise innovation performance;(2)Big data analysis ability can positively affect strategic flexibility;(3)Strategic flexibility can positively affect corporate innovation performance;(4)Strategic flexibility can partially mediate the relationship between big data analysis capabilities and corporate innovation performance;(5)Market orientation can positively regulate the relationship between strategic flexibility and corporate innovation performance relation.According to the conclusions of the research,the three paths of improving corporate big data analysis capabilities,cultivating corporate strategic flexibility,and clarifying and deepening market orientation provide feasible countermeasures and suggestions for manufacturing companies to improve their innovation performance. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Big data analysis capabilities, Strategic flexibility, Innovation performance, Market orientation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
