And, with emphasis on employee benefits the whole society, enterprise’s staff welfare spending accounts for the proportion of the whole compensation is getting heavier and heavier. Moreover, the role of employee benefits are no longer limited to provide basic life safeguard to the employees, more role in employee benefits to become an important index for a competition between enterprises.In the United States and other western developed countries, the enterprise has been high degree of attention to the benefits.
