Under the dual carbon strategy,the power battery industry continues to develop.With the gradual increase of China’s power battery market share,the use of power batteries is also gradually increasing.Due to the long-term use of power batteries,their service life has ended or is about to end,so waste power batteries are formed.Waste power batteries will continue to be produced with the extensive use of electric vehicle industry,industrial power system and other fields.However,waste power batteries contain a large number of heavy metal elements and chemical components.If the waste power batteries cannot be recycled and treated scientifically,it will cause great pollution to the environment.As the core facility of the recycling system,the reverse logistics center is very important for the recycling and operation of batteries.How to choose a standardized,environmental friendly and convenient reverse logistics center for waste power batteries is one of the key problems faced by many market participants such as enterprises and manufacturers.Therefore,according to the recycling process of waste batteries,the research on the location of the reverse logistics center of waste power batteries is more conducive to market participants to formulate good strategies according to their own conditions and promote the development of reverse logistics of waste power batteries.Against this background,this article examines the location for a reverse logistics center for waste batteries.Based on the research background and significance of the article,firstly,the research status at home and abroad from the three perspectives of the recycling of waste power batteries,reverse logistics and the location of a reverse logistics center for waste power batteries are examined,the deficiencies of research in the field of recycling of waste power batteries at this stage are pointed out,and the research content and technical way are defined.Secondly,the relevant theories of power battery,reverse logistics and location of reverse logistics center are discussed,and the basic situation,operation and location of reverse logistics for power batteries are further analyzed.Thirdly,on the basis of considering a variety of qualitative and quantitative influencing factors of location,the model constraints and input parameters are determined,and a decision-making model for the location of a reverse logistics centre for waste power batteries is set up to minimise transport costs,fixed costs,operating costs and environmental costs.Finally,based on the power battery recycling background and problem of Company G,the reverse logistics centre siting problem of Company G is solved on the MATLAB platform using genetic algorithm to obtain the reverse logistics centre siting decision scheme with the lowest total cost and the supply relationship between each level of facilities.At the same time,according to the calculation results,the sensitivity analysis of the unit transportation cost which has a great impact on the decision-making is carried out,the location strategy,the optimal cost and the service relationship between nodes under different change rates are obtained,and relevant suggestions are put forward for the planning and location of nodes in the reverse logistics system.In the process of studying the location of waste power battery reverse logistics center,this paper considers the cost of various logistics operations while selecting a reasonable facility location.A scientific and reasonable location of the reverse logistics center of waste power batteries can give full play to the recycling value of waste power batteries,put forward an effective solution model for the recycling of power batteries,and provide theoretical support for the development of reverse logistics of power batteries in China in the future. |
